I believe that throughout various stages of our lives, we have all needed some level of support. Having someone to talk to and listen is essential to navigating the uncertainties we all face in life. I have found that sometimes “simply talking” about things can make a big difference. As your therapist, I want to meet you where you are and offer you a safe place to be honest about your feelings.
While I believe that your path to healing is your own, and that you serve as the best guide to your healing, I will be here to support and guide you through your journey. I strongly feel that holding space for others, allows room for significant healing and growth.
My clients would say that I am down to earth, non-judgmental, authentic and compassionate. I approach therapy from a casual, laid back stance. I feel more comfortable in a safe, warm and open environment and that is what I strive to provide for my clients. I don’t take lightly the fact that you’re entrusting me to come into your safe space. I value your vulnerability and will always maintain a relationship of trust and respect.
